Is it free?
Yes — you can browse and search the map without any cost.
Do I need to log in?
No. You can browse the map and search for pins without an account — there’s nothing to sign up for.
How can I report content?
If you see something that looks inappropriate, use the report button on the pin and we’ll review it.
Where can I use Trupin?
You can open Trupin anywhere. Most of its layers today cover London and England, starting with Richmond upon Thames.
Where does Trupin’s data come from?
From the organisations that know your area — public bodies like the Environment Agency (bathing-water quality), the Greater London Authority (drinking fountains) and local councils (facilities), whose data we hold under open licences, plus local organisations who publish what’s on and local heritage listings. We don’t track you to build any of it. Every source is listed, with its rights basis, at trupin.co.uk/sources. If you publish any of this data and want it corrected or taken down, email simont@trupin.co.uk and we’ll act on it.
What do you do with my data?
We do not pass your data to any third-parties. We use your data to provide the service you have requested. Please see our privacy policy for more information.
